▼How are they packed to avoid breakage during shipment?

All of our GoodGlassware products are packaged in a simple brown box with a snugly fit styrofoam block and individually wrapped in tissue to prevent breakage and withstand drop tests.

▼How tall are the champagne glasses?

Each champagne glass is 27 cm (10.63 inches) tall.

▼How do I wash glassware?

All of our glassware can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher. For a longer lifespan, we recommend washing glassware by hand.

If you'd like to wash our glassware products in the dishwasher, glasses should be positioned in the top rack of the dishwasher so that they do not touch each other during the wash cycle. The surface area of glass expands when heated and therefore glasses should not be stacked while still warm from washing as they then may stick together and break. Hot glasses taken out of the dishwasher should be allowed to cool down before filling with cold water.

For delicate glassware, we recommend hand washing. Please be aware that abrasive scrubbing pads may scratch the surface.

If your glassware arrives damaged or if you accidentally chip, break, or damage any current glassware products during normal home use, please contact us at support@vintorio.com with your order ID number and your current shipping address, and we’ll replace it free of charge.

◄How should I clean cloudy or dull glassware?

Limescale, also known as calcium carbonate, is a hard white or green deposit that typically forms on glass that regularly comes into contact with hard water. Sometimes, the tap water in your house or building may be high in calcium and magnesium, resulting in a cloudy or dull appearance after washing.

In order to remove the limescale from glassware, we recommend soaking glasses in warm water to which vinegar has been added. You can also use salt as a water softener if necessary, or try switching to a different dishwashing detergent brand.

Good looking champagne glasses The glasses look nice and they can be giftable also, but as far as them being sturdy, you would have to be careful with them cause they are somewhat light and they seem very fragile and might break easily.

Very tall and rather tippy Taller with longer stems than I was expecting…I was mostly paying attention to the ounces not the height. They really don’t fit in a dishwasher (too tall for the rack that has the bottle wash clips and too unstable to be set on the bottom rack even set over the regular pins) and are more than a little tippy because of the unusually long stem for a champagne flute (I have a number of different sets…we really like champagne in my group!). They look really nice but definitely only recommended for serving at a seated dinner…if it’s a social event where people will be setting their glasses on end tables or wherever they have a tendency to topple over when not set down/reached for with full attention.

They feel very fragile These are pretty nice champagne flutes. They were a present for my sister and we have been enjoying them for champagne and mimosas.I know it says that these are dishwasher safe but I would not put them in the dishwasher. They fee extremely fragile. I have been washing them by hand. Even hand washing, you have to be careful. The flute is not well weighed and it makes the glass tilt over when filling it with water when washing.So, be careful, they are fragile. They do look nice.

Beautiful and Inexpensive These reminded me of ones I bought from CB2 back in the day, but this set is a lot cheaper and more durable. The CB2 ones broke one by one, unfortunately! I needed some new champagne flutes for the upcoming holiday season or just generally when having guests over, and these do the job well! They're pretty tall, so I had to adjust my cabinet to fit them.. They also look like they'd be perfect for a mimosa or kir royale. Thanks!

Customer service is abysmal/absent I ordered these glasses because it’s the perfect set for my family and the size seemed great. They are exactly as expected and good quality for the price. The reason I gave it a low rating is the poor customer service from the seller. When I received my set, one of the glasses was shattered. Upon reaching out to the seller via email (I responded to an email they had sent requesting I review the product) and informing them of the issue, there was no reply and absolutely no effort to follow up. I was pretty bummed out considering these glasses were great and I paid for 4 but only ended up with 3 which is not even the amount I need for my family. Pretty disappointing.

Great Looking and the Price Looks Even Better! For the money, these are great. Compared to some William Sonoma champagne glasses I received as a gift, you can tell these are cheaper in quality. There are some imperfections at the base on some, the rim Might not be totally even on some. However, looks wise, they are very similar. These ones are taller and have a thicker stem (which despite looking less sexy, feels studier - think stilettos vs a chunky heel haha). For the money, these do a wonderful job! I’m saving my William Sonoma ones for special occasions and using these for my everyday, so that If they break, I don’t feel sad.

Meh These glasses are very flimsy. Despite the excessive packaging, one glass arrived broken. Picking up the glasses, the stems are extremely delicate and could very easily be broken. While the stems are long, the actual drinking portion of the glass is not as large as I was expecting. I'll keep as spares simply bc it would be too much work to return.

They're glasses... They look good and they hold stuff... Rating a product like this is somewhat difficult.You can see what they look like on the product page, and they arrived looking exactly like that.I cannot attest to how sturdy they are as I am not in a rush to stress them till they break.The glass is thin and the glasses themselves are quite light which would indicate not much material, but that's anecdotal.They haven't broken or been scratched up in the dishwasher, so that's a plus.They have been hanging upside down without issue.Over all, I would say they are nice, a bit taller than I expected but that's on me for not paying attention to their measurements when ordering them.5 stars over-all.
